Underground parking, an office bay, outside the flat at six in the morning. We come to the car.
Supplied and fitted
The battery is fitted, terminals cleaned and the clamp tightened properly. Loose terminals cause a surprising number of no-start calls.
Old battery taken away
We take the old one with us. A lead-acid battery is not something to leave in a bin.

If the car needs both, it is one call-out. The van carries both.
